Over the last 4 months, we have purged most of our belongings and moved into a much smaller apartment, and it has been a very rewarding endeavor – but very difficult and exhausting. In this episode, we share some of the work we did to get to a more minimalist lifestyle, and some of the things we did to get ourselves into the mindset of living more simply – like traveling with only a few things in a weekender bag. We did all of this to get more control over our mental clutter, our productivity, and our stress levels.
